A Zoom link will be sent to you once your registration is confirmed.
- 3 sessions of 1 hour:
SESSION 1: “Around the circle” = presentation circle, meaning and history of the mandala, start of exploration, presentation of possible material
SESSION 2: “Discovery of your inner child” = exploration and discovery of your creativity, practice of lines and patterns.
SESSION 3: “My mandala” = creation of your own mandala by integrating the knowledge discovered within yourself and learned in a group.
- Simple equipment required: paper and fine-tipped marker, compass or circular template
- You will have access later if you ever can't come at the live session.
- Some worksheet will be sent to you once subscribed, so that you can print and draw with it during the class.
